I was a little nervous about how the beadwork would look in person, but the Art Deco floral motif is even more intricate than the photos show. The hand-beading feels substantial without being heavy, and the two pieces sit perfectly together.

The two-piece design makes it much easier to get the perfect fit without alterations. The pale gold sequins catch the light beautifully without looking too flashy.

The hand-beading on the floral motif catches light in a way photos just don't capture. I was worried the two-piece would feel stiff, but the sequins sit flat and it moves easily all night.
